“The coaching provided by Gina has been invaluable. Over the course of just 6 sessions, she has helped me to clarify many important goals and challenged a lot of the beliefs I had which were stopping me from taking action. Her questions were always thought provoking and relevant and often just one question at the right time helped me to resolve the entire issue. I would definitely work with Gina again.”
Susan E, TranslatorLife Change
A year ago I was feeling pretty dissatisfied with work, I'd just come out of a relationship and didn’t know what path or decisions to make. I was stuck.
My first session with Gina was quite revealing. I thought my rut was due to my job but after answering a few simple questions, it was apparent that I really wanted to travel, which explained why I wasn’t pushing myself when it came to applying for jobs. Over the course of about 6 sessions I had pretty much quashed any excuses by working through the process of eliminating any fears. I tackled them by breaking everything down into small achievable action points and replaying my desired outcomes continually in my imagination. A few months later I was boarding a plane to South America and having an amazing life experience.
When I returned I had the confidence and tools to make further changes, like moving to a new flat and my current 'project' is about finding a more fulfilling job. As a result of life coaching, I now have a much more focused outlook on what I want from life.
Change is very easy once you have answered the question “What’s stopping you?".

Achieving a healthy work-life Balance

Giving up Coffee The Highs and Lows
Since my teens I’ve been a total coffee addict – that first sip every morning was like nectar. So it wasn’t a conscious, ‘oh God, I have to give up coffee’ decision – or even a New Year’s resolution. More … Continue reading

How to move beyond your Comfort Zone
It’s a great phrase, ‘comfort zone’. It sounds so familiar, so safe, so secure. A sure haven where we can rest a while – for centuries even – and never leave. So instead of taking risks, stepping out … Continue reading

Advice or a listening ear?
In my coaching practice I make a point of not giving advice, as I think clients gain more empowerment from discovering new inspiration and ideas for themselves. However, when it comes to friends and relationships I can dispense advice like … Continue reading

5 Easy Ways to Connect With Your Heart
In my previous post I wrote about ‘going within’, and the peace and answers you’ll find there. Going within is just another way of having a dialogue – usually silent – with your self. It’s a way of listening to … Continue reading
